Window systems, facade systems & doors

• Aluminium windows: Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart with concealed turn-tilt fitting.
• PVC windows: Schüco Living 82 AS (7-chamber construction, 82 mm profile depth) with Vario Tec fitting.
• Warm facade: Schüco FWS 60.HI (highly thermally insulated post-and-beam construction).
• Ribbon windows: Schüco FWS 60 CV (thermally insulated facade system with concealed integrated opening units).
• Insert doors: Schüco ADS 75 HD.HI (highly thermally insulated aluminium door system for heavy continuous use).

Glazing & infill

• Thermal-insulation glass: double insulating glass (type GT 111 as float glass, type GT 115 as laminated safety glass for doors).
• Fall-protection glass: type GT 112 (laminated/toughened safety glass) with heat-soak test to DIN 18008-4.
• Acoustic glass: type GT 201 (laminated/float) and type GT 202 (laminated/toughened for fall-protection areas) with a sound-reduction index of R_w,p ≥ 43 dB.
• Front-mounted parapet protection: type GT 710 (laminated safety glass from toughened glass, 10 mm thick).
• Panel fields: type PF 103 (aluminium composite panel with a 40 mm mineral-wool insulation core).

Solar shading

• System: WAREMA ZIP awnings with a wind-stable ZIP guide-rail system.
• Drive: 230 V electric motors with torque-dependent cut-off.
• Fabric: depending on the final designer selection, Soltis 92, screen fabrics or various acrylic fabrics are available.

Colour scheme & surfaces

• Aluminium profiles: powder coating to GSB or Qualicoat standard in a DB shade of the client’s choice.
• Window handles & hinges: C-0 anodised (aluminium) or stainless-steel look/Inox for doors and PVC windows.
• Ceiling-head cladding: folded aluminium sheets in shade C 33.
